I have the first waywatcher almost finished. I know I said I had Glade Gaurd, but I was mistaken. I\'ll have to pick up another blister too, because there are at least 6 figs in a unit. I\'m going to hold off on the Spellsinger so as to get a whole unit of these guys done. Here is a WIP for anyone who\'s interested -
I still have one more level of highlights to do on most areas, and the sword/metal areas need a lot of work yet. I also have to do the base and I was thinking about attempting my first jewel on the pomel; we\'ll see...

We have a couple of elf adoptions and I am placing some of you as the painter of these such adoptions, It requires nothing of you though a WIP for the sponsor to see would be great (nudge,nudge hint,hint), but you will have a supporter cheering you on and that is nice. They will also be informed when the elf is auctioned so they may be able to bid and enjoy the auction.

Really, I prefer the Red Cross as a charity, but I\'m not in charge...my bad if I posted elsewhere that that is where the money was going...Second Harvest is fine I suppose (link?), but I have direct expereince with the Red Cross and the work they do is amazing and far reaching.

I am sorry to say that my contribution will take longer than I had anticipated, I have recieved joining instructions for me to attend a technical training course for wrk that means I will have to lodge away from home for just over a week. I will not be able to paint as my time will be taken up with cramming my head full of knowledge that I will probably never use. I will try to get something done and in the post asap unless that is not acceptable, but I will try.

Well I have been updating the site there is now a tutorial by Dr for a spellsinger He put so much work into the wips and explanations I honor the effort DR Thank you any one else that wants to is welcome also. Maybe we can give and learn.
@Wappy - wowie the glow is great man you can sculpt and pump out minis like crazy.
@Gin looks like you get the cheesy prize for first to show.Ya never know could be more elves to paint...
@leopardpixie sounds like you need a better day tomorrow
@Paintminion Sue they were shipped out 9/3 but we got the holiday so give it a day for priority.
@tidoco2222 You are more than worth the wait and you got your own minis so no troop is held back from auction. Many have obligations and will not even start till then remember the UKGD is holding up quite a few it will be a good thing to help us keep this active and interesting. Please do not worry... OK

I don\'t have any wood elves, but I was working on a High Elf Mage for my own army. I\'ll gladly contribute him to the fund.
It may take me until late next week to finish though, work is very tough right now.
I know everyone wants to get things done and get the funds donated as soon as possible, but I can tell you that they will be needing these for a long time. It will take months before some areas can be rebuilt and I\'ve heard talk that they may never rebuild in some areas.

Update: Waywatchers have arrived! We\'ve started prepping. Friday is our regular paint gather and IMMPS will be doing them as quickly as we can...and still make them look good!
