Yeah, Attenbrough does pretty much any nature show that the BBC is involved in, including Blue Planet, which was one of the best.
These days he takes a back seat, but I remember when I was a nipper, seeing him hiding out in the undergrowth with all manner of wild creatures close by, crawling through anthills (was that in \'The Trials of Life\'?), all sorts of crazy stuff.
In general I prefer it when there are no humans in view (although sometimes for a true idea of the scale of things I think Planet Earth could have done with some more people in shot) but he always had the good grace to realise that it was the animals, not him who were the stars of the show, and always adopted that soft, unobtrusive sort of presentation style.
I don\'t normally go in for all of this \'Sir\' stuff, but with David Attenbrough I think it\'s throughly deserved. He\'s a legend!
