Well, you guys will probably be seeing a lot more posts from me again. In one day I got fired and my wife left me, and in the intervening weeks, while looking for work and taking up jogging I gave myself shin splints, which will mean more time for painting. Now I just have to decide what to paint!
I\'m also trying to use this opportunity to pick up some new skills, since if my wife has her way I won\'t see the kids except on the weekend. So here\'s my list with some questions:
To learn painting painting, do you start drawing first, or go straight to painting?
Any suggestions on what language might be easy and most useful for an English speaking guy as a second language?
For you runners out there, what\'s your favorite suggestion for cross training while waiting for shin splints to heal?
And last but not least, since this is a painting community, do I paint the Butcher of Khardov first or the Dark Prince of Umbrey?
Ok, I think that about covers it. Now I just need to wait for my luck to turn around! at least this way though I won\'t feel bad if I decide to attend games day next year!
