I see a lot of people here advocating Earl Grey tea.
Which is \"strange\" as I can\'t get away with the taste. The Bergamot which is added to it gives it too much of a perfume for me.

Wish I could remember the name of the Tea I was given by an Iranian colleague once. Reddish colour and slightly sweet.

Hong Kong is awesome. I\'ll get some pics up as soon as I can - got some decent ones today I think.

Just the tea that\'s crap. And the food, well that just makes you crap! I seriously doubt that there\'s a Cantonese equivalent for the phrase \'food hygiene\'....

Right, I\'m off to catch a flight to Auckland! :D

Hmm - the Picard influence perhaps?

Got a pitcher of Liptons/Raspberry ice tea going right now myself. Sweet stuff.

I use a tea pot - have two. One for green tea and one for black tea. And yes I have a tea strainer too for the tea leaves in the black tea

I drink Yorkshire Tea when I\'m in the UK but over here in Japan we can only get big brand names like Twinnings and Lipton (I actually prefer the Lipton).

Oh, and a WHOLE HOST of green tea.

@Dragonsreach - According to my wife (she\'s Iranian) the brand is probably Sadaf. You can probably find it at most Middle Eastern stores.

Thanks but it wasn\'t a brand, but the type, eg Rosehip I was trying to Remember.

Typically the colleague who made the tea left the company at the same time I did, but he went to work in San Francisco with his wife. Smashing guy, a very intelligent and relaxed man, who\'d left Iran well before the fall of the Shah.
