This may have been done before, but I can\'t remember.

So how many painted models have you guys got standing on shelves/sitting on tables/stuffed in drawers/in other various places??

I reckon my total stands at about 1500

well, i think they\'re something like a couple of hundreds... with pleasure of my mother who screams \"how can i undust your shelves!?!?\"

but there are 200+ somewere in the world, stolen from my friend\'s house where we gathered to play

i hope the thief will die of lead-poisoning :flame:

On top of a 2000Pt ork army that I painted, well it was the first thing I did so it may or may not count as being painted.:bouncy: I have roughly 30 models or so. I haven\'t been doing this for very long. Looking at my stuff now it is pretty easy for me to say I\'ve improved quite a bit. I actually owe a great deal of it to this site and the people that frequent it.:D

Kind of the same here, exept it\'s a 2000pt empire army I have :D I actually paint very slowly, or not very often should I say. I\'d be happy if I finnished a mini every other week.

I manage to sell most of mine, so I probably only have about 80 right now, and those are ones I\'m keeping or refurbishing.

Minis Around the World

I\'d say I have about two dozen painted models, and about a dozen more in various stages of completion. Another two dozen or so are scattered to France, Germany, various points in the USA and my kid\'s buddy\'s bedroom.

I started painting about two years ago, and almost immediatly started painting stuff for others. I felt sorry for their minis after the other guys got done with them. lol

I\'d have to agree with Grizzix and frenchkid that I\'ve been painting a relitively short period of time, and that CMON has helped immensely.

Hmm, never counted them, but I suppose now that I think about it, painted I have around 200 ish (counting around 100 or so Lizardmen). I have about 40 or so painted dragons, 12 wolfen/ devis, 10 draconians, and random other stuff.

In my display cabinet/ on display elsewhere I have 67 pieces ranging from individaul figures, to dioramas containing several minis. This isn\'t including half my lizardmen army which is on a shelf in the bedroom.

Unpainted I have:

8 wolfen and a few other confrontation figures

Several Reaper blisters (about 10 - 15)including a lot of their small dragons.

Varous GW plastics including some LOTR goblins etc.

Various box sets including:

Ral Partha:
The antagonists,
The Armoured dragon,
Black dragon of Fire and Darkness

Forgeworld:
Fire dragon

GW:
High elf dragon
Lord of change

TBM:
My hero Dragon
Gargantuan gold Dragon

Reaper:
Kaladrax Dire drake.

Not sure what else!

Regards

Kat

40 minis sitting around my painting area and about 100 more in boxes. I was thinking of taking a weeks vacation just to put a dent in them.

Blimey, that\'s a lot of dragons. Btw, how\'s that FW dragon coming along?

\"how can i undust your shelves!?!?\"

I managed to solve the dust problem by fitting sliding doors to some of my shelves, before that some minis were getting extremely dusty after sitting up there for months

I refuse to answer this question on the grounds that my wife is sitting right next to me reading this thread!

I think I would be more worried about mine finding out about all the unpainted ones! - I\'ll count up what is in my display cabinets after she\'s gone to bed and post later:D

Too late; she already knows! (Needs icon with trembling bottom lip.)

On my shelf and in my personal collection I would say that I have probably about 200-300. Stuff that I have painted and sold would enter into the thousands

Not as many as I\'d like...

I used to have quite a few (~200), but I sold most of them off. I currently only have maybe a dozen or so finished models that are for myself, with about another 20 that are pieces for a commission job.

I basically got so dissatisfied with my older stuff after haunting this site for some time (and improving my skill--mind you, I\'m not fantastic, but definitely better than I was two years ago, for example), that I didn\'t want them anymore. So, off to eBay they went.

Now, though, I\'d really like to rebuild some armies (mostly undead and orky types, though not for any currently published game (which may not be true soon...)) so I can do some playing. Of course, school is kinda preempting that. I barely have enough time to try to finish up these commissions (that I took over the break, and wound up not being able to get done because of stupid events that were not planned), much less paint for myself or take any new commissions. :(

Painted: Around 80-90.
In progress: Around 8
Unpainted: A scary amount I don\'t even want to think about...

These numbers seem really really low ... but I\'ve been painting for almost 2 decades and have never sold a painted fig (or given one away).

Two years ago I had over well over 2000 minis painted - the vast majority were 15mm. In the last two years however I\'ve filled up more than two GW figure cases in 25\'s and have done several more units in 15\'s so I reckon I must be approaching 3000.

And no, it doesn\'t make me better than anyone or anything; I just got a lot of lead around and I\'ve been involved with it for a large and unbroken period of time.

I\'ve had a permanent place to paint in every place I\'ve ever lived since high school. Even in college I brought lead and set up a table in the dorm.

Right - the house is quiet-

Warhammer

Empire - 73
Brittonian - 14
Elven - 7
Orc/goblin -160
Dwarves - 60
Undead -92
Chaos - 50

40k -48

Rackam/other -16

Total -520

This is what\'s on display - in addition there are two bloodbowl teams more Empire and a lot of older 40k packed away - probably another couple of hundred figures.:)
