Shadzar... you\'re posts are ridiculously longwinded. Also, for the quantity of text you\'ve spewed forth... the quality is low. I\'ve read them and am still a little puzzled by what your complaint actually is.
There are some aspects of cmon which are irritating but on the whole, it works well. It\'s a wealth of information and tips, opinions, crits etc. You paint the site as though the \'elites\' as you call them , are just sitting in judgement and belittling junior members or new painters. Well, that is most definitely not my opinion. People here, give their time freely to try and help with painting tips, techniques, materials etc. You seem to gloss over this with your unfathomable rant. Also, your use of the word \'elites\' suggests you have something of a chip on your shoulder.
You talk about constructive criticism but I recently saw a comment by you that wasn\'t remotely constructive - do you take your own advice? Apparently not!
Lastly, why attack SV? He\'s been here for a long time and does sterling work in the running of this place. He\'s also a very decent bloke. I think your comments are very wide of the mark.

I also have 8 Personal Messages regarding you, your attitude in general and this thread. Several have asked for your removal from the site and to be completely frank, I comprehend their Point of View.”
So to be absolutely clear on this YOU ARE TROLLING! And a great many people are beginning to find it bloody irritating.
Since I posted my comment earlier I have received another series of PM’s ALL FROM DIFFERENT people than the original ones I received this morning.
The moderation on this site is carried out by Supervike and I in a manner we have developed and consider best suited to the adult and responsible attitudes demonstrated by the vast majority of people. Adults who normally do not harp on like a whinging EMO teenager. Nor do they in the vast majority of cases need or want to know the full extent of what is done or needed to be done. I certainly do not want to have to justify my actions every time I have to delete a duplicated comment, image or ban a Spammer/Porn merchant. Nor do I have the time. While I do love this hobby I do have a life, a job, a family and responsibilities which I do not bring into these forums.
These Forums have only 4 primary rules this is number 3:
3. Avoid excessive smiley use, replying multiple times in the same thread in succession, ALL CAPS and other annoying, \"noisy\" or attention seeking behaviour.
You have passed well over the line of \" annoying, \"noisy\" or attention seeking behaviour\".
Supervike might have been a little too polite when he issued you a WARNING earlier in this thread so let me be a bit more SPECIFIC and CLEAR.

I feel the same shadvar seems to just goes on and on and not actually mean out, as with all things there are points you have to deal with but i really cant see the argument.
You say your not firebaiting but each time you get a thorough explanation you come with another argument. You remind me of myself when i was about 12 and felt the world was agaisnt me.
This thread was about a members conversion so lets keep it on track as the umpteen amount of words you have wrote have little relevence.
Props to rosac for reminding the threads purpose. I agree the background should be changed for picture taking and that more highlights would improve the model.
