Hi there,
I took up this hobby some months ago and would like to introduce one of the first minis I finished painting lately
for constructive discussion and hopefully many helpful comments.
The figure was painted with Andrea colors and had a nice and thoroughly matt surface of skin and woolen clothes.
Unfortunately I didn´t take any pictures in that state.
It got a finish of 2 layers Vallejo matt varnish spray leaving the surface noticeably shining as can be seen on the pics.
It this what is to be expected with matt varnish or does exist a technique or varnish that gives a really matt and protective coating ?
I also have the feeling that some part of the wash and blood literally vanished with the spraying.
A last general question: Do I need to merge the jpeg´s of a single mini into one file on my own, or is there a way to do the merging
automatically with the upload ?
Bye
Andreas
