Good news. Oh yes. Now I am going to assume that this book is going to be awesome, so are there any plans to do any more for other years, or is it going to be like the Olympics where it only comes around every 4 years because it so much hard work to put together :0)

Well, the list of selected contributers will be posted, I don't think I'll be able to hunt everyone down via email so that's probably the best way to do it.

Also, the intention going forward is to print one annual every year; the problems we faced were mostly to do with getting a reliable layout artist which appears to be solved.

Real glad to hear that the 2008 CMON annual is still on. I will definately be purchasing one although I look through alot of peoples work there is doubtessly much I have missed!! Looking forward to it!

$30 sounds great but iirc the barrier to many people buying the last one was quite high postage to Europe.

Regarding the compilation of all the cmon articles to a pdf, did this go ahead? There's a downloadable version on a pdf site that's nicely done, not sure if it's one of the rip-offs or not (since the layout/editing quality of those seems to have come in for some criticism). If it's the scammed version and there are no plans for an official version the link might as well be shared, because in fairness to this enterprising fraudster it's very much nicer to have all the info compiled into a single download.

We're looking at early April availability, no idea on the cost yet, but probably under $30 for a hardcover.

Yay! I'll be ordering one the day it's put up as well. I can't wait.

The Downloadable version is available through the Coolminiornot store.
If there is a downloadable PDF on a site other than Coolmini then it's again a breach of copyright and Chern needs to be informed of the Site details.
