the glazes should be in the extremities where blood gathers, such as the nose tip, but again, brilliant peice

I don\'t know why, but for some reason, the face ..... irritates me. it breaks up the model in some way. I think it\'s the combination of the expression and the light, pallid skin tone.

@Mourner: I can see what you mean. Every time I look at the pics it irritates me as well. However it looks nice in real life. In general I\'m not so hapy with my pics. I should invest in a softbox and good lighting when I can afford it.

Quite a while ago, i painted the exact same mini, for exactly the same purpose (even though mine was a bit more converted) And i decided to make a large, bulky augmetic over half his head (linky) This managed to break the face up a bit.

The bionic is a good idea but I wanted to retain that more medieval look. Plus I like cables attached straight to the head.
