Inspirational music for painting?

I\'m planning to paint a Warriors of Chaos army, and found out that Amon Amarth\'s music was incredibly inspirational. It really got me \'in the Chaos mood\' because of all the lyrics about brutal warriors etc.

So, is there any music you always listen to when you are painting?

Don\'t listen to any music, but I always have discovery channel shows on (mythbusters, shark week), MacGyver, or Hitchhock movies on.

Lately, I\'ve taken to listening to classical music while I paint. Usually Holst\'s Planets album. Mars Bringer of War is my favourite.

Odd mix at the moment, UB40's greatest hits, Buena vista social club and other cuban music, Audioslave and Incubus......oh and Stargate on the TV, doesn't really get me in the Vampire counts mood but it does help with the boredom of batch skeleton painting:D

Good lord, someone who actually plans a whole playlist for painting. I don't whether to laugh or cry!

These threads always turn into a competition to see who's the most music savvy lol
