If there would have been a video, I\'m quite sure the page would have been flooded. It was pretty nasty, and he had to clean it up. But the smell, ugh, disgusting and I have a relatively weak stomach, but I resisted the urge to puke because it was the essence of sweet revenge.
The funny thing is that after I got home that night we had some BBQ and I made myself some Cajun chicken with some of the same sauce. It was pretty good lol

No I caught that. And if he ever comes across this thread it may form part of his case, especially because a supervisor has been implicated in this plot and appears to have approved of the even more perilous first version.
Don\'t get me wrong, on the face of it the guy had it coming. On the other hand why boast about it on the internet - I know i have managed to use posts on an internet forum against the person who made them in court. Doesn\'t take much to put two and two together.

I see your point on that matter, but I have the argument that I told him numerous times to cease his actions towards me. I felt guilty enough that I did talk to my boss and the overall supervisor about the situation. Stated by them, nothing could happen to me considering I had warned him so many times. They said I could have handled it a different way, which I did at the end, but I was in the clear since it was my property and I had properly stated that to the idiot before hand.
He had no right to touch my food and had no place stealing it from me in the first place. Now if I had eaten the sandwich, chances are I would have had a little stomachache nothing more. I love hot and spicey food, the move on his part was pure stupidity. He wasn\'t forced to take my food; he made that decision on his own. If I had placed a substance in his food, then I\'d be on grounds of being in trouble. Heck, if he hadn\'t eaten it, I probably would have that evening as a snack with some milk while I watched TV.
I warned him countless times not to touch my food and even warned him that sometimes I do place some medical substances, which could harm him, in my food to help me regulate my blood sugar (I\'m not too fond of needles), yet he didn\'t care. This is the food that helps me maintain my health, if anything I can go after him about it. He knows I am hypoglycemic but simply doesn\'t care.
As far as I\'m concerned I can\'t be punished. I know the action I took could be seen as extreme, but after dealing with the thieving fingers of an ignorant person I got tired of his crap.

Well to me you took reasonable care to advise him to not STEAL YOUR FOOD.
You warned him that you had Medical additives in your food, He still took it.
As far I see it, its his problem.
Plus as you have mentioned he is suspected of having removed/taken other items and they are/were, according to you, a factor in his dismissal. I would think as an employer the Theft of Fuel, as mentioned previously, would have been enough to have called in the local police and that should have been salutory enough warning.

Yup! Nail right on the head!
They had an article in the paper listing the wiseguy\'s charges. He was caught stealing over 50 gallons of unleaded gasoline from the service station, and about 35 gallons of deisel. He denied the charges but he failed to realize that we had cameras installed in the area just in case a situation came up like this. Aside from the camera footage, we also have meters, much like odometers, installed on the pumps so we can see the amount of fuel distributed.
Aside from the fuel theft, they also found a nice collection of our tools in his toolbox in his truckbed hidden under a blanket.
Needless to say, he\'s in a load of trouble. They have a warrant out for him now.
