look who's talking, not even 2 days in and already a pretty good progress (dare I say almost finished :) ).

I really would't mind getting a 10ball original painted god-or-monster-mini as a gift when it's finished :p

Nope. Not at all.

I would love a scale 75 mini painted by 10ball. Or AndyG for that matter.

this damned heat.
hmm, denmark? About the same position as here in DE.
will be 'better' on the weekend. Right now it's about 35-37C (95-98F) here, on saturday it will go as high as 40C(105F). Maybe the minis in the window of the local GW shop will melt.

Let us hope they dont have any "finecast" on display. :D

Yeah. It looks like a worse job then it is. Alot is to be done with airbrush, since i can't brush blend well enough.

I am setting up now for the first painting stint. And by setting up i mean stripping half naked because of this damned heat.

Stripping to deal with the heat? Let's see if the painting gets better ;) as most guys say their best work when naked :D

Funny :D

Better stuff it or I will post pictures! :D

I just realised it will be hard for you to see the difference between Glottkin and me, so i will include a nametag. ;)

That's terrible:sarcastic: Also, I see mold lines everywhere. You should strip it and start again... That ought to slow him down a bit.:snicker:

Now Zab that's just mean *I agree... too many mold lines that are hidden in the paintwork so far*

Started on the easy part first, the skin. Still has more to go, needs mids and shades:

Added some depth with some blues glazed in to the shadows. On skin its a good tip if you use a warm pink between the yellow highs & blue lows, not just on the overall mini but on the individual muscles etc. It ties in the blending with less 'steps' than using the same colours.

After a lengthy discussion with Sproket last week about colours Ive changed my opinion a little and now feel its not necessary to go from blacks to whites (even if the photos appear that way). Knowing where to use pure white/black is the key imo and its something im going to have to work on.

Nice looking blending there mate. I sometimes like the starkness of the black to white hmm have to have a think on that.

Done a tattoo and some blood.
