Thanks Canny and Zab..

I will adjust the eyebrows, I'm just happy that half her face didn't get the eyebrow color. I mixed the base shadow with some rust brown to produce like a samon rose color for the lips, I'm pretty happy with it. I don't know if I should do anything more with the eyes, like some eye shadow?? Trying not to make her too "lady of the night".. I need to add some highlights with the rose to the face and body.

Canny - all weekend I was trying to figure out what to do with the shirt. I was planning on a light grey base with some leather white highlights, but I have some nice light blues - snow shadow and ghost white that would look much better.. Please tell the Mrs. thank you for me!!

She is looking superb. The only thing I would do to her eye lids is a soft highlite with your flesh mixed with a little white. Make sure it is really thin so it makes a really soft highlite. Great work so far. My only complaint with using blue as the shirt color is it may make her look like Miss America. Blue would be good if it were really light.

Don't thank me. Thank the lady who does make up on what not to wear - oh god:quiet: Seriously. I have been watching WAY to much TLC.

Looking good, crisp paint work there. quite a bit of action in the Gudrun
I agree with Milosh, a Duck egg/baby blue kinda colour.

Update on the pinup. Started the layers of lighter blue to the shirt, did the teddy and some of the skin highlights. Let me know what you all think.. Thanks.

I appreciate it, guys.. My wife mentioned that I should put some eyeshadow on her, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts on Gudrun or the bust above? I'm on the final touch ups with Gudrun, but I'm not 100% sure with the rose gold beads and gold necklaces on the bust. Let me know.. Thanks!

Top notch work on the pin up. Keep the eye shadow very thin if you do it so it's only a tint.

I don't think eyeshadow would look good on Gudrun... maybe the bust though.

Gudrun is looking good. The bust seems a bit flat to me. Painting female figures can be tough, too extreme with the shadows and she'll look old or worse, like a dude. I'd suggest doing a dark line along the top of the eyes, right at the bottom of the upper eyelid. This will mimic the eye lashes. You could add more red in the cheeks and some lighter highlights in the hair.

I have completed the pinup. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.. C&C appreciated. I have submitted it for voting.

I have also been working on one of my hopeful entries for the Crystal Brush, a Rockham undead dwarf that I got from ME34. He's still a WIP, so any advice on him would also be appreciated. Thanks!!

Nice work on both. I like the contrast on the dwarf so far. Are the blades nmm or tmm? They will be the hardest parts and require some serious attention.

I agree Zab.. I'm going to try TMM for it, but very heavily pitted and rusted.. Hopefully I will be able to pull it off..

Tamyia smoke, some dry pigments and lots of glazes. Like what I accidentally did on the blade of my Fianna a while ago ;) It was one of those "Ooops, hey - that looks kind of cool" moments ;)
