Ok have a look at the the orc shaman thread

Your construct's flesh could have more colour variation, if you have a colour wheel look at it. You will see blue and yellow either side of green, thats what I used to colour my orc. Blue in the shadows and yellow in the highlights, I did go all the way to black and white after building the previous glazes.
You can see how I have used glazes of different colours to make areas of the mini stand out, much lighter in the face than anywhere else. Just like the Massive voodoo tutorial.
Use your washes as glazes. Do it selectivley under the eyes and in the lower areas of the muscles for darker ones, build up the glazes layer on layer to change a colour. dont forget to wipe most of your paint off on a paper towel. this technique takes some time to get, but you will have a ureka moment once you have figured it out!
