Actually, 23-25 votes is NOT a significant number. Until you have 100 the number is way too subject to fluctuation.
That drop could also mean that the 10 was the oddball vote and after 25 votes, the aberation was dropped off.
If I recall correctly, the anti-sniper software also is anti uber-fan software.

Unless I\'m missing something Vince (wouldn\'t be hard, I\'m not a whiz when it comes to maths) the options in my post above are the only possible interpretation... but I don\'t know how the sniping software works, only heard about it for the first time this week - newbie and all - so if anyone knows better do tell.

My advice would be to ignore the whole ranking system. It brings out the very worst in people! I\'ve seen massed brawls because of a .1% drop lol
