It's noticable that you're new at this. You don't draw in people to work for you by just saying "I want to do something and I need people who can do that for me." and then simply start stating demands.
At the very least, you have to enthuse people, if you're just going to be that 'ideas guy'. Like how exactly do you intend to be 'different' in style to the rest of the huge selection of lines that's out there? But if you're going to do more then that, say it! State your credentials, your skills. Your part in the whole thing. If it's just monetary investment from your side, that's okay too, but at least say it, state your price.
You want people working for you, you got to make it attractive for them. Especially if you want skillful people, who could just as well get work someplace else. You have to compete with those other options for those people. They have to have a reason to pick you, be interested.
You'll only draw in amateurs that way usually, with no work experience, only looking to build a portfolio or who don't know what their skill's worth.
Clear, useful information. The less people have to ask for or find out afterwards, the more honest you are, the more inclined people will be to respond. Right now I don't trust this at all and I don't feel that compelled to ask for more information. Doing work for you is an investment on it's own you know, what ensures that you just don't go running off with the work?
What would make you trust a random person on the internet? Think about that. For starters, use your real name, your real location. People are always more inclined to trust real people.
Look at kickstarter campaigns and compare which are succesful and which are not. The ones which are succesful are always the ones with real names, real people, real credentials and already something to tell and show. And especially, the ones which are interesting!
Give and receive. You're on the internet here, people take a little more convincing to take effort.
Also, it's 'sculptor', mind your english and punctuation.
