I don\'t drink any more, but what used to help me was to lie down and hang one foot over the edge. Place it firmly on the floor. It kind of tricks your body into thinking that it\'s still standing, and keeps you from :|~
Also, when you decide to finish drinking, drink plenty of water. It lubricates what ever is going to come back up and replinishes your body\'s supply of water. Dehydration is the cause of morning headaches, not alcohol withdrawl.
