OK I get it! I imagine that I can also use MIG pigments to create wash potion? the thinner MIG sells works for everything they say, the only question is do I need to add some resin (resin for pigments by MIG) or not.

No the pigments dont make a wash like your thinking, you can add the thinner to them and apply them but when it drys it will look like dried caked on dirt/mud.
The Acrylic resin Mig sells is to be mixed with the dry powder to make thick mud. Add a small amout of dryed plaster powder and it becomes clumpy mud.
