Hello
I have been lurking the forum for some time, now this is my first post.
I am currently working on a set of chess figurines, consisting of Confrontation miniatures. I don\'t play Confrontation, but the miniatures are so beautiful, that i just had to put them to use.
Now my problem is that i don\'t really know how to style the bases. First i wanted to just leave the bases of the white figurines white and the bases of the black figurines black.
While this may help distinguish the black and white more easily, it looks a bit booring.
I think that a kind of marble-styled base might look good i am a bit at a loss how to paint marble.
I would love to hear your opinions on the problem.
Regards,
Digamma
