Yeah, i have also heard good things about testors, but as ritual pointed out, its not the same as everyone is using, but it should be the same. Wentzel is the only shop i know carrying Testors. However, their website is horseshit.
However, i would recommend Gunze Sangyo(Mr hobby) Top coat, fantastic stuff in my opinion! A tad bit expensive though, around 90 kronor for 86 ml...
