yeah... suddenly colors went banana. i dig it! especially that shoe, very striking (...i still cant believe people actually wear such shoes...)

I used to laugh at those shoes, then I tried some. They are comfortable. I have worked in restaurants and health care, they are awesome for both.

Having enjoyed the most recent episode of the walking dead I'm slowly plugging away trying to fix those wrongs I've painted - I've completely repainted his trousers and removed any trace of red, we're firmly in the purple now. Finally I'm felling progress is being made. I'm sure the colour isn't for everyone, but in the hand I'm finally starting feel happy. His right leg has only had a base coat so hasn't been worked upon yet.

im struggling with this one, something just not right. Maybe its the blues on the skin are too deep?

Got to say I agree the blending is great and love the crocks but it just doesn't look like dead flesh. Hmmmm how about more purple in the shadows after all no circulation the blood settles so some red is going to be there err think big old bruises maybe so some yellow and pale browns on the top side of the limbs maybe. Dunno if this helps

I am really struggling with this too. I think the blue is just too vivid and smooth to be believable. I think as Andy said that purple would help along with some browns, yellows, oranges and some green in a mottled application. layering the colors would also add to the thinness and transparency of the skin.

Love the bloating effect on the ankles etc. you can get that kind of colour in a mottled blotchy effect on the main area of the body too (dont ask how i know) lol looks great, im not particularly fond of the broken ankle but thats just me crack on mate

Looking great mate how about a bit of gloss on the intestines just to slime them up a bit? Skin is looking deader with the brown highlite.

Love the leg er the lunch one. The dead ones are good to.

Thanks guys, it's been quite a journey but I'm slowly getting there, more updates soon. I'm going to dull coat him them add gloss and satin varnish to various part to extra contrast, like gloss guts

OK, out with the purple and in with the orange. That's the third colour his shoe and guts have been. Depending on a whim and your feedback I don't know if this is better, worse or just the same. At the moment I don't like his shoe, more the pj than the scheme. Otherwise I've a little more work to do on the orange parts. Also his name badge needs to be a different colour - the orange is too distracting in that spot. What do you think?

Don't like his shoe sorry mate but it's too close to a blood colour and it gets all confusing tbh I liked it just fine as it was purple it was well painted looked like a genuine synthetic crock; put it back the way it was please sorry to be a pest but you did ask.

On the flip side the guts and innards are looking great pinked up much better methinks.

Yeah change the name tag er an off white I think would be the right colour.

Your not going to like this but the shirt hmmm something not right it needs changing I think don't like the darker green colour.

Right here we go skin great love it now, face great, innards great, snack leg great, trousers great I mean realy good love em, crock no put it back the way it was, name tag no and green shirt something not right.

Cheers Andy, exactly what I'm looking for glad I'm moving in the right direction (mostly)!

in the cold light of day I think this evening will see me changing the croc back to purple, change the name tag to a very pale orange with green letters and touch up the orange guts. I'm not sure I'm going to do anything with his shirt at the moment, the feedback I've had is the edge highlights are too stark but in response I'm going for that 50's satin bowling shirt look (that look will be more obvious when I do the freehand on the back).

I still need to glaze some extra colour into his trousers and do the freehand on his back. Then dullcoat, then do some different glass effects then some dirt and gore.

Very handsome fella fine job much better with the changed croc and the gooey fleshy bits are looking primo!
