It\'s just been re-released over here...and a follow-up (surprise, surprise) Perhaps I will have to give it another go.

Bored of the Rings

I too immensely enjoyed it the first time through, but it does lose a lot on a re-read. I\'m not giving up my copy though. The best parts are the teaser page and the cover art that is a slamming parody of the original paperback editions of Tolkien\'s books (the psychidellic ones without Tolkein\'s own drawings).
