Still haven\'t received my package from Praetorian (it\'s been nearly two weeks going from Canada to US), I think it may be another victim of the Postal \"Service\".

here\'s a couple more pics, She\'s had the glaze applied to her flesh, I think it did the job, she\'s got a nice \"grubby look\"
2nd proper attempt at NMM, & 1st attempt at Tartan, it\'s the Clark tartan (1 of 3, anyway), hope you like

Thanks Trev, yeah she\'s turning out quite nice, may redo the tartan on the front as technically it\'s not correct, they got better as I did each section, front, back-L, back-R
I\'m thinking of a deep red (NOT ginger) for her hair.....not sure yet

I haven\'t even taken my exchange mini out of the blister yet. I just finished my Chick Challenge mini this evening. Couldn\'t get the photos to come out for crap, but I got something submitted to Jason anyway....

I was hoping I\'d get time to work on the exchange mini this weekend, but I\'ve got to fly to Germany on Sunday and won\'t be back until the following Saturday. Guess it will have to wait. I\'m still undecided as to which mini I\'m going to paint. I\'m tempted by the WH40K Marine Engineer, but I also got a classic GW dwarf, and you all know who much I loves my dwarves... will have to ponder that decision for a few more days I guess. ???

got my mini! its a storm trooper!
now i just have to wait for the rain to stop so i can prime him....or i can make a mess by doing it inside, which ill probably do.

try millimeters. small little bugger. hes about 30mm i think. probably closer to 28mm.
i want more so i can do a diorama.

provoke_me, I sent you the Stormtrooper. It\'s not your exchange #2 mini, alas, if you\'re still waiting for that (Avicenna is your \"sender\" I believe). I just remembered your comment about getting into this hobby too late to get any SW minis, and of course your generous shipment to me in the first exchange

The downside is that Stormtroopers are a b**ch to paint well - the ones in my gallery turned out chalky-licious:

Here is a WIP shot of my Tau Ethereal sent to me by Aragorns_mate, I have not done much to it and some of the blends need smoothing out but this is turning out to be a nice mini (damn fiddly though).

I have not come to a final decision about the base yet but I\'m thinking something involving rocks and snow but I have other ideas as well. Hope you like it so far.

Thanks Mick, the Tau aren\'t my cup of tea but this is a very nice looking mini so I may have to review that opinion.
