Thanks again Cedric, I thought he was Elven like and if he is anything like Elric then cool as I love those stories. I wish I could get English copies of the comics they sound cool. Am I right in thinking that the translation is Chronicles of the Black Moon?

I tried looking on their website Ilyad games that is but apparently I\'m fobidden access I don\'t know why this should be. But I found another stockist Asmodee and will probably be visiting there often.

@Tim : Good translation; the Black Moon being a sort of dark magic empire. Asmodee is in fact the store-front of Ilyad. Ilyad are the makers. Kind of like GW and Citadel .

Glad they arrived so quickly. I didn\'t realize I had sent so much skin so sorry about that. Can\'t beat any Reaper and I always liked the MtG figs. The elves are wardancers left over from a dark elf army, although they look like high elves. Either way, they are cool sculpts and I thought you might enjoy painting them. As for the WarZone, my store use to have some awful card packs that never sold, so a running theme was to use them for prizes in tournaments, birthday gifts to patrons and even a reward if someone bought a drink from the coke machine. I have to admit that patrons cringed when anything they said or did could bring out a card presentation! Fair warning to all: Now I have a lot of leftover WarZone which will be following the card example and I\'m not afraid to sent them.

Okay Becca, I agonized over what to send you. I have quite a collection of figures that I\'ve acquired with the intent of painting myself. I looked and looked for something that I thought you might enjoy and that I was sure you could do better justice to than I could. I finally decided to send you one of my favorite 54mm sets from Thunderbolt Mountain.

I was inspired by your mermaid diorama. The set has more than one figure and I really hope you have time to do the entire thing. I can\'t wait to see your paintwork.

Got my package in from Galante today (that was pretty quick considering the pond hoping)! Thanks Bruno, and I appreciate the letter too!

Anyhow, a Warmachine Lieutenant Allister Caine and a Rackham Undead Dwarf. Both really cool - already thinking up paint schemes for them.

I actually really like both you sent, the dragon with rider is a great flashback, and I have ideas for him as well, and I\'ve actually never painted a dragon.

I got a very generous package from Equus today. A WOTC Chainmail boxset called Dragons II. Its got a cute little brass dragon, a couple of half dragon mages, two crested felldrakes and a spitting feldrake in it! Many thanks to Equus! And I\'ve also just updated my website to include my skaven grey seer I got from Mick last time around. heres a picture:

I live to please. Was I correct about your \"fear\" of Rackham minis?

I liked that dragon alot, and that is why I decided to send it. After all these years I felt the old girl deserved some paint, and who better to do her justice...

You don\'t have to feel compelled to included the rider, I only sent her because I wanted the model complete, she\'s kinda small. I\'m sorry about any excess glue you might find, I tried to clean it off as best I could but it was glued together in my hutch for over 15 years, and had to dissassmble it to ship. Old Duco cement, tough as nails. lol

You\'re very welcome! I figured the teeny brass dragon would be a hoot. Because he\'s sooooo tiny and the rest of the dragons are soooo big. The others I thought were funky little thing, and you said you enjoyed weird crittery models.

I got three cool mins today form Brandlin. I recognize the Reaper Warlord Corrupted Female Elf, but the other two I have no idea as to their name or manufacturer (their bases are unmarked). Can anybody tell me who they are?

Thanks, Brandlin! I\'ve never done a historical mini before, I\'m gonna have to look up some references to do him. And I don\'t think I\'ve ever seen an eviler-looking Santa! And the elf chick will go great in the Warlord elfband I\'m putting together. Good call there!
