I\'ve used frenchkid as a middleman to get myself some Ilyad minis. His LGS sells them so he can buy them there and sends them on. He charges good shipping rates too ! Try PM\'ing him!

@Tim : No problem for the Emperor, my local store has him. As for the Krahn Warriors, I\'d have to order them, but if you\'re willing to wait, I could arrange for them too.

After a day spent sorting through the garage (good excuse to look for bits) I have now finalised my idea for the Guardian Angel that Duende sent me

Using these bits

Iam going for something like this (ignore the blue tac)

I decided that the fantasy approach was the best way to go and that 2 figures on the base was better than just the one. Although they need a bit more thought on re-arranging I think you can see the general idea

Thoughts or comments anybody?

Have a bit of cleaning up to do first before priming plus have to bend the two bodies so they fit the base better before I start priming hoefully a bit later depending on how well this bottle of red wine goes down

@Becca - great start there, I\'m not usually into tied-up men, but your doin a bang-up job.

@War Griffon - First, I do not talk to my wife. Whenever I do she yells at me for buying minis! Second, Where is that base from that your going to use? Is that a partially eaten Reeses Peanutbutter cup laying in front of the column? lol Third, I gotta try that bottle of wine while painting thing, its not like I could paint any worse.

Now its off to get some paint on my morbid Puppet. :flip:

Markus, the guy that does the base also does a lot of other terrain pieces and I normally oick up the bits at the shows here in the uk, the columns come in several different styles but the others were either too small or too big for what I wanted he trades over here as \"The Scene\" www.thescene.co.uk but his web site has been down for some time he claims to be un computer literate but he can sculpt very well but doesn\'t seem to do a great deal at the moment.

Talking to him at Salute he has a few things in the pipe linebut he wasn\'t saying more than that, his scenary is very good and well worth the money and something I have my eye on to replace all the polystyrene stuff I threw aaway this afternoon

I have a few extra bits here in the way of pillars and a couple of sci-fi bits if you want them pm me your address and I\'ll pop them in the post to you.

I seem to be having a problem with posting my ME1 picture. It doesn\'t want to save my initial info for the fig and then the picture it let\'s me load doesn\'t show in the ME1 gallery.

Little help, please.
