I saw the end of the Wizard of OZ last night. One part that always bothered me is when the dog reveals the \"man behind the curtain.\" It is really obvious that the curtain has been tied to the dog\'s collar and that the dog is not pulling it with its mouth.
Sure, Jason And The Argonauts and King Kong. O\'Brien practically invented all the techniques and Harryhausen then mastered them. Although Phil Tippet really brought the technique to a whole new level with a good feeling for the craft and modern technology (go-motion and the faked version he had to use for Robocop).Originally posted by Shawn R.
