What was the deal with that ban? I heard something about it being impossible to get in Europe for a while, but never the reason why. And you have access to it again?

As Ritual has said TOLUENE was banned for it's high Carcinogenic properties.
Sadly that was a principal ingredient in DullCoate. (Probably the thing that gave it such a wonderful Licquorice smell).

Toluene can be inhaled for its intoxicating effects. Low to moderate levels can cause tiredness, confusion, weakness, drunken-type actions, memory loss, nausea, loss of appetite, and hearing and color vision loss.
