New dwarf army book

Some nice stuff for the dwarfs there, I really should get on and finish my army.

Yes its a sharp looking army. The new plastics are great. They keep getting better and better. I had a chance last week of picking up the army deal for $165.00 but I passed..last thing I needed was ANOTHER army box deal lol

Inside the Back on the showcase page, bottom left. Dwarf Lord in NMM is mine.
I originally got asked way back in the beginning of the year if I was interested in helping out with painting some of the new minis for the book. However there was some sort of issue regarding moulding so I lent GW my Dwarf instead.

I love them! Especially the fact that your Dwarf Lord is the only one I\'ve ever seen them forced to state clearly that it was painted without metallicslol I have to say that the axe is my personal favorite.

I also absolutely love the troll slayer\'s bodypaint! I just wish they\'d put it a bit closer to the page edge and farther away from the spine. I nearly had to bend the page all the way back to see the great eye effects on the troll\'s head (It was worth it though).

How\'d you get one of your minis in the book DR? Are your friends with the people at GW. (And if they asked you at the beginning of the year you must have known for ages that they were updating Dwarfs! )
