New painting competition vote

Ok here we go as everyone is asking about what is the next mini to paint. Me and Ten ball got together and went through a list of minis, they had to meet certain criteria. They had to be cool that certain something that makes you go yeah I wana paint that! They had to be readily available so no limited release that's gonna cost an arm and a leg to buy and people most likely have hanging about in their box of goodies anyway. They had to be paintable by a range of abilities; this is NOT a competition only for Yellow one We7 Sprocket Skelletets etc (though it would be super mega coooooool if they did decide to join in the fun!!! Hint hint!!) so nothing too fidly. So anyway we narrowed it down to a few and here they are so vote for what you want and we will paint the one the most people want to do!

I'm voting for the pointy eared fella. So if he wins I'm in.
Means I don't have to add more cash into GW's coffers...they've had plenty off me in the past.
I'm surprised that you didn't suggest a different manufacturer this time.......perhaps next.

Yeah mike maybe next it wasn't a thing lets go for GW minis it's more their old minis that most people will probably already have so the likelihood is you won't have to buy anything just get it off the shelf/out the box dust it off and your ready to go. Tell you what next time definately a different company ok?

Will PM you and Ten some minis that I would be intrested to paint. I will aim for some new models that people might want to paint (inkluding me)

eBay is your friend loads and loads of them on there I put an alert for it a couple of years ago and ever since then 6pm I get an email saying there are some more being put on they tend to go for a couple of quid as well dirt cheap!

I quite like the warrior priest too. Kinda cartoon, and he's not to cluttered and m my imagination is drawn to him, also reminds me of 10's bust. I like the nurgle guy but overpainted for me. What kinda eta are we thinking August or something so we can knock out some personal projects?

Well we have to finish the Orc about a week or so; and then it will take a week or two for everyone to get the new mini if they don't have it already so er about a month to six weeks from now? So end of July beginning august sounds good to me as I have loads of stuff to paint for Euro millitaire at the moment.

Sorry to have missed the Orc. I have him and look forward to painting him one day. I'll skip this one too I think (not keen on any of the three TBH). Might give me time to get something finished before the next one. I'll watch with keen interest though. Some really nice Orcs coming out of the current one.

I'm in. Pretty sure the WP is $15 @ GW. I like them all. This is a tough call and looking at the results it appears they're all neck and neck. The Nurgle guy could actually be used in my Army if I ever play. But then again, that elf would give me the chance to try out some free hand. I'll go with the priest, simply because I think I could paint him the best. This will be a competition that we all vote on when they are complete?? I'm also going to have to get my 5th dimension entry in.....so busy!!!

Already have a basing idea.
