I\'m glad you said this because I bought a set of the old Grenadier Specialists to paint and set next to my old ones (in my gallery here as \"mystery minis\").
I\'ve started on one of them, but many other things keep getting in the way.

My first mini?

It\'s been a long time, over 20 years. I\'m not sure which mini was the first. I\'m not even sure I have it. (My favorite was actually a even older pre-D&D lead barbarian which I no longer have.) So intsead here are a few of my minis from that era.

You can talk about metal paint, NMM, SENMM, but what about just plain old metal? Well that happened when my fig\'s sword broke. I just took the metal tab from the top of a sod can (back in those days when they actually came off and littered the land) and cut it to shape and glued it on. True metal, because it is metal ... no paint at all.

The Three Stooges Ettin is alwas my favorite even though the paint is worn in places. Nuk Nuk Nuk

Some Giants and some explorers ... Hmmm I wonder what they are exploring so intently. My first nude mini perhaps?
