Still working on prepping my figure, but I think I'm pretty set on doing the Alucard GK, and I'll probably use Seras as a testing piece to strip later if I don't like it. Won't be able to post again until prolly around the 7th-9th, so we'll see how it goes.
On the subjects of GK's, how careful should I be about using boiling water to heat and bend the e2046 resin? I've been trying to get the duster coat to a position where I can just slip the entire thing on, and paint it as one piece, but I worry the more I heat it the weaker it will get. Could probably paint it in two pieces, but covering the seems on it looks to be a pain.

huh... didn't think a hair dryer would put out enough heat to allow the resin to bend... will have to give that a try.

So, if you go back in this thread a bit, you'll see the model I'm working with. My question is,.. what color flesh? For halloween, I sorta wanted to do a blue,.. kinda like mystique from the x-men comics. But I also wanted to do a tutorial on how to shade the stockings. So maybe a flesh color would show better??

blue can work, if it is light (pastel) enough.
