Thanks guys! Maenas, Tim tried to talk me out of doing those, happily he was too slow.

Not a lot of painting being done these days, I'm busy preparing my house for sale. Took a couple of shots earlier in the week though, figuring that this is a 'WIP' thread and not a 'finished stuff' thread.

More pirates! The first one only got a color sketch here, the other two has a complete basecoat. Hope to find more time for them during the weekend!

Put them aside for now, I had painting time today but the Warmachine/Horde Painting Facebook group had a birth day challenge - paint a model in less than 24 hours. I did it in six or seven, I think... Here's the result. More pics on my Facebook page.

All those scatter pieces on its base are great! Blend very well with the miniature! Did you add them or they came with the mini's base?

Thanks, both of you. That green glow is starting to be a trademark of mine... I feel like I am using it on almost everything! Maenas, that's clock parts mixed with gravel. Parts can be bought in bulk on eBay.

What recipe are you using for the green glow ?

Thanks folks... Mally, I generally use Demihuman's approach for glow, though some of it is applied by airbrush. In the AB I tend to use Warcolours Fluorescent Green and Yellow, then glaze over it with GW glazes to get it to really glow.

Yes yes yes, I *am* alive and I *am* painting. Just so much boring shit going on, and I've been on a trip, and trying to sell my house.
