Peope who are cruel to animals and children deserve it back tenfold.
I was raised a hunter. We hunted rabbits, ducks, kangaroos, feral goats, feral pigs, and on occassion, feral cats. We also hunted by strict rules:
1) If you\'re going to kill it, kill it cleanly. Headshots were the rule, not the exception. If you couldn\'t take it down clean, you didn\'t.
2) Don\'t kill it if you won\'t eat it. We ate everything we shot. My father made this point abundantly clear by forcing me to eat a fly I had squashed. After that, I got the idea.
3) The second rule does not apply to feral cats.
I\'m not a monster. I\'ve killed a few cats in my time, but they were all feral, and all mean looking things. In Australia, cats get into the wild and slaughter huge numbers of indigenous birds. They get bigger, and meaner, and with each subsequent generation, worse. I\'m not sorry I\'ve shot those animals. I just think of shooting introduced species as restoring the balance a little.
As to owies, I\'m a cleanskin. My dad\'s covered in tattoos, he\'s offered me one for my birthday and for christmas every year for the past five years. He\'s also said that if I get any piercings, he\'ll rip them out. go figure.
