Drink all the Guiness you want, and if you need a personal trainer to work it off I will happily volunteer my services (although the commute might be a bit of a problem )

The commute might be worse than you think, I have a travelling job

Gave up on the exercise thing a few years ago anyway, was swimming a few times a week and lost 1 1/2 stone in 6 weeks. Still trying to put it back on!
