Thanks to all, I must repeat it, I don't feel that my nmm is not perfect. For example there are some conflict in reflections on the lady. There are horizontal reflections on the right hand. There are vertical reflections on the right leg. What do you thinking about it?

It's ok for me, it looks logical because the forearm is an horizontal cylinder and the leg is a vertical cylinder. But I have no experience on painting this kind of work so be aware of it xD

Jedna věc je skvělý a cool vzhled, druhá je fyzikální přesnost. A to druhé (i když je to jasně měřitelné), bude vždycky spornější, než prvoplánový vzhled . Je tolik aspektů odrazů světla, tolik fyzikálních vlivů daných okolím a samotným povrchem kovů, že namalovat dokonale přesné NMM skoro nejde. V tomto případě, když figurka vypadá skvěle, líbí se mi. Když ne, žádná fyzikálně přesná simulace ji nezachrání. Tvoje vypadají Bombasticky. Ale nebýt spokojený a růst...to je taky správně

Yea, my never-ending dissatisfaction lead me leads my progress. And I have another example. This hair is almost 5x repainted and I'm not very happy with result. Because nobody have problem with conflict of reflections I decided it stays. Thanks for advice.

but believe me i know the feeling when details just not get as good as you want. best advice i can give is to actually stop painting, sometimes i repaint the detail the day after and it gets better in 10 minutes than it did after 3 hours the day before. some days are just not for painting

Another break from hobby is behind me, I hope . I was busy in my regular job in last month.
So, the lady on the bike is still on my desk. But I want to go to Hussar this year and I found, I have no model to the fantasy category. The Dragon Slayer is still in Nottingham and it is little bit old anyway This is my try to make some fantasy thing for a year, the Putrid BlightKing. It is wip, many highlights are missing except the head and maybe the axe. Please, let me know what do you think?

as you cannot enter pieces in hussar that won gold/silver/bronze in other competitions the dwarf is pretty OFF anyway damn these blight kings are cool and relly like the colorsetting.

id like to go to Hussar too. booooh. not much travelling for me this year :/

@Skels: I didn't find the English rules, but the Polish ones say that only models claim g/s/b medal on the Huassars are not allowed. Maybe we can meet there

Wtf homepage Google fail ;P well if that is the case they have changed the rules (which I doubt, but who knows). When I was there it was very important that the stuff hadnt won anything before. Like the no1 rule.

This is actual state of project. It will need some final touches especially on the base. I'm very happy with some parts. I discovered very fast and effective process for nmm bronze. Are you interested for tutorial about it?

Liking the spots/freckles under the arms etc.
Maybe introduce a few different colour spot or a lighter version of the existing colour for variation.
