My picture from the last one of these threads:

And taken now:

Not much of a difference except now I have an X-Files poster instead of an eldar poster and I realized I probably shouldn\'t store static grass with paint. lol

Ronin412, I think you win. No, this isn\'t a competition but you still win :D

There are so many interesting things to look at in your pictures...like is that the cube from the Hellblazer movies on your bookshelf?! The original?!?! Care with that thing... And dare I ask what is that microwave-looking box turned sideways in the last couple pictures?

When are you getting around to painting that Dragon Titan? Or do you want to sell it to me for $50? :p (And what is the large, but smaller, figure is that right next to it?)

Glad you like it thanks, I have a lot of junk (I mean treasures) LOL
I think the microwave thing you mean is my spraybooth for my airbrushing. And the thing next to the dragon is the JMD demon. I don\'t know when I\'ll get round to the dragon I\'m not brave enough yet

i gotta be honest, even the most mundane tables interest me, mainly because they are all so incredibly similar, its just the volume that really changes

So here\'s mine...probably the most ghetto of them all...in a few years when we do up the basement, plan is to have an art/painting studio for me (yes, Shilps agrees to that idea...it was her idea!!!)

This is where i paint normally upstairs:

stuff on the floor in that same room:

where i keep new forgeworld stuff (in the spare washroom)

more storage and some commission projects/ebay for sale projects as well on the floor (and in the corner, in the torn up box, my silver daemon winning model...as you can see i take care of my stuff :p )

i also have 2 large tool boxes in addition to the one upstairs, that is used to hold paints and supplies...

Dude, you have an addiction.

So much loot. I love it! I\'m so jealous! Not that I\'m far behind I guess, I just don\'t have quite the width and scope.

Shawn - you rock

Quietimanes - and my brass scorpion hasn\'t even arrived yet from FW :) 2 more weeks they estimate :D

It\'s hard to see how many models i have since most are in the gaming cases or in the boxes, hidden behind or below the boxes you can see (in the closet, below the painting desk)...

But remember, much of that, including 90% of the FW stuff are for ebay sales/commission work.

Currently doing a large Tzeentch Warriors of Chaos commission for someone in the USA, and just sold a daemon army on ebay and now doing a 2nd daemon army, a warriors of chaos nurgle army, a 40K nurgle CSM army (with FW torsos/dreadnoughts, etc) and the brass scorpion will be a GD entry and then will sell that as well...

so not all of that is for me...

the stuff like the FW fantasy models (the large dragon, greater demons, rackham titan dragon and rackham belial) are all mine though. (i will sell my FW GUO, with the daemon army and then get a new one though).

I\'m in the process of opening up my own store, and we\'ve already got plans for a painting room in the apartment in the back of the store. oh yes, it will be beautiful. gleaming rows of plastic containers, glistening dully in the afternoon sun. hordes of miniatures from different eras and universes, in various stages of metal, plastic, black and white primed, and perhaps even a little paint. the ubiquitous swarm of paints, some in GW pots, some in vallejo droppers, some in tubes, most just splattered onto paper towels strewn around the work area. Towering over me, like a pillar of strength, is my mighty Dremel, it\'s flex shaft guiding a path to my very soul. various household items, from cd organizers to spice racks shall all play a part in this grand new empire of minutiae. my god... it will be beautiful.

man. i love painting...

Figured I\'d add mine. Don\'t recall if I\'ve done it before. My own little corner of the basement.

Normally, there\'s not a folding chair, but my computer chair lost a wheel (and so it\'s up on blocks right now). Second pic is from further away so that you can see the second set of reused kitchen cabinets that mark off \"my space\" and the start of the play area for the kids. Those cabinets are still half empty, just aching to be filled with metal and plastic.

here\'s my workspace. It\'s even tidied up on the pic (fortunately you can\'t look into the drawers :D ). The pic was taken some month ago, but in the meantime a new printer (which looks like a big silver UFO) takes the whole left side of the desk

Is it that time again? Well, ok then, even if my collection is a mere foothill compared to some of the other \"mini mountains\"! lol
