Clearly, you are doing something wrong! :]

Dammit, forgot to include all the Bretonnians I have because they\'re all in boxes. Add another hundred or so.

So not that much, but still enough to make me wonder how the hell I\'m gong to cope with moving in September!

When we flooded here in the U.K 2007 I had to pack everything we own, including all my models and miniatures away for the move and in a hurry. It was awful, plastic boxes full of miniatures sandwiched between layer of material.....Then to make matter worse my girlfriends dad (who was \'helping\' us move dropped one of the boxes all over the removal van :cussing:

I have noticed with all these post, mine included, that there is lots of unpainted miniatures around how does everyone display the painted ones?

Also someone has asked me to post something about my spray booth, to be honest I didn\'t think anyone would be interested so there’s no in progress shots, but I\'m just building a vent diffuser for it so I\'ll post something next week.

Been a while since I posted in one of these. My workspace has changed considerably but I\'m pretty happy with it since it keeps the mini stealing cat and kiddy out of it.

Akkk! Self-restraint must have come into play at that point!

You can see mine right there. The top shelf has all the minis that I consider to be \"finished\". Even if that means \"got bored and called it a day\". And yes, my proportion of painted to unpainted is woeful. I started a spreadsheet a while back to keep track of my collection and log when models get painted. It\'s rather out of date now (on the unpainted side!) and rather depressing! I\'d really like some glass shelves, but I have nowhere to put them right now.
Maybe we should have a \"pimp your display case\" thread?

Self restraint.......no, Girlfriend restraint, my love of miniatures is outweighed by my fear of her :D He also dropped a full box of comics all over the concrete......

My \'finished\' miniatures are just mixed in amongst the unfinished, my girlfriend bought a really good display cabinet for her ornaments from Argos (in the U.K) that screws to the wall with glass shelves, but the problem is the shelves are too far apart for most miniatures.

That\'s worth knowing - I\'m pretty likely to be moving back to the UK sometime this year, and I won\'t be getting anything before that happens. When you say too far apart, how so? Do the minis get lost in there or something?

Well there about 6 inches apart so there’s a lot of wasted space if you take the average 28mm. You can position the shelves at 3-inch intervals but then you would have to source 6 more glass shelve. For something like a Wolfen they would be fine however.

Ah, I see! Thanks for the info - they may actually be useful for my horde of Wolfen! :D

I always saw pictures of her holding baby, THAT\'S the famous one.

Always thought prudey Christians wouldn\'t have a nekkid Madonna, especially kinky pregnant one!

Here\'s my humble digs - I have a closet on the other side of the room that keeps about a dozen model boxes on a shelf - nothing fancy there.

Mild mannered cabinet by day...

Hides all the mess within arms reach by night.

And a \"close up\".

These are somewhat old but nothing much a has changed - except what might be on the desk at any moment and the volume of paints/plasticard at any one time.

Ok, didn\'t thought you might look so detailed with an eagle eye...lol sorry if that is disturbing anyone.

I give it a full go with Amazon Warriors opinion... sure i am christian but my gf brought home this postcard and i really liked it from the beginning... she is not totally naked, there are no nipples in sight, thrust me... :innocent:

@Sukigod
Now that is one fine closet... looks like a gate to another world when opened... very cool stuff...

B&Q 4mm Clear Perspex sheet.
3 feet by 4 feet. Cut the size you want from it and Bob\'s your uncle. (Might need to make Supports out of the spare).

I really like this setup, similar to what I have but on a larger scale. My wifey would probably like that better than what I have now as well. The only problem would be a spot for my legs, isn\'t it difficult with no spot for your legs? If you pull out that try, seems like you\'d be hunched over a lot.
