But does she want you?

I have a pie cookbook with the quote \"every fruit can be made into a delicious pie with the possible exception of the avocado.\"
I\'ve always been tempted to invent an avocado pie just to test the theory.

Any one had stargazy pie?

Nope - but I\'ve had a Jam Sandwich - thats where you Jam two pieces of bread together - and I\'ve had a Wish Sandwich - thats where you got to pieces of bread and wish you had something to put in between them! :D

I hate to miss out on weird, page slowing bugs, especially FREE ones! So I thought I\'d better chime in :D

I believe I\'m with barkel & Ebonbuddah as far as my favorite pie goes!

As for the other pi, I always wanted to see some ball player from Stanford or MIT with that for a jersey number. ;)

I\'m also very much in favor of books on Old English Tarts. Speaking of which :D has any one seen Too_Shy lately :D I believe I\'m catching up with her in posts and we were going to be racing to freakdom.

I work in Birkenhead and one of the shops round here sells Scouse pie.
That\'s mashed potato, peas, carrots Mince and 356 other assorted ingredients. Sits like a lump of lead on your stomach, cos their bleeding \'oooge.

On the subject of sarnies, my grandfather, once a Coal Miner, used to like Christmas cake & cheese sandwiches.

I have family up near that way in Ellesmere Port and they never told me about pies like that. Not that I\'d tell any one either. :D
At leat they dont smother them in tomato sauce like here.

I will have to try the christmas cake and cheese sarnie in 10 months or so. Did the bits on the side with all the icing on go best with the cheese?

I miss a good ploughmans :(

I thought Scouse was the dialect around Liverpool. So if I eat Scouse pie will I start sounding like Paul McCartney??
