Actually, we have 5 cats, a bird, a 150 gal aquarium with native fish, a gerbil & now the puppy. But I miss my Westie - yours looks so sweet. We never needed a leash with her, she was always right on my heels. And always happy.

@Zora, you are going to have your hands full with that one. Go get some 18\" or 24\" square concrete pavers now and line the fence. Won\'t stop him, but might slow him down enough that you can fill in the holes before he gets out.

Since june we also have 2 new pets.
Their names are Thelma and Louise and they are \"Roborowski-hamsters\". Theses are the smallest hamsters you can get and they are DAMN fast. lol

Just out of curiousity, how big is that tank? 10 gallons? i\'ve got a ten gallon tank with my pet Bowser in it and might be giving it away to a friend... they might get lucky and get it with something alive in it

Whilst Technically not a pet someone started feeding this Goanna at work and now it wont go away. This is one of the smaller ones its about 4.5 feet long. Some of the biggies get to 6 or 7 feet.

Ogrebane - is it \"tame\"? I mean I wouldn\'t pick it up or anything (poisonous?) but can you drop food and have it run up to eat it?

It will eat out of your hand. As long as you dont leave your hand there too long. In fact if you dont have food for it it will run up and remind you. These things dont actually attack by biting they actually use thier tails to whip you with. And I can tell you it hurts like heck.
