Thanks for the input, people. Indeed those are some fine minis. Useful articles, too.
This first group of minis I\'m painting are grey knights...nothing original in colour shemes I\'m afaid, but hey, I\'m learning to just apply the paint correctly...
Yeah, I was thinking of differentiating the power from the force weapons...ie, when I get around to painting the grandmaster, his nemesis weapon will look a bit different. That lightning on the Aurora chapter terminator looks cool, actually the first lightning effect on a sword that makes me think of the energy charging and collecting at the point, sending sparks back down the blade...they often look simply like a design on the blade. Maybe for the normal nemesis weapons I\'ll do a simple charged weapon look, like the soul warden or the moulten look on funnymouth\'s terminator ( I mean simple as in no lightning, not as in easy

). I did paint one grey knight already from start to finish as a test piece but I reckon I\'ll be redoing the blade. Unfortunately I don\'t have a camera that can do closeups of a mini so I can\'t upload to get your feedback. Oh well.
Thanks again and keep any ideas coming if anyone has a different idea.
Edit: Come to think of it, the normal grey knights nemesis weapons aren\'t power weapons, so I\'ll maybe just paint them with a hint of energy about them, the justicar\'s and terminators with a fully charged blade and the grandmaster\'s force weapons with something more elaborate maybe.
