problems with newwave.org?

Now I´ve ordered some stuff on newwave.org. Two of about seven items arrived, but newwave.org billed the whole order. After sending some e-mails (no response) and trying to call them (no one available) I´m really angry. Does anybody else have similiar problems or am I the only one born on friday the 13th?
 
There\'s another extensive thread that deals with this . . . Or you can contact user Borg with all your info and he can help you out in this instance . . .

The other thread was removed. Borg has a thread to deal with this though, and from what I hear they are very good about customer service through the forums on thier site. Get in touch with Borg though, he seems quite anxious to fix order problems. He doubles as an admin here and I think works at newwave as well.

I have to say I\'ve only ordered from New Wave once, but my order arrived in a few weeks and actually contained a EXTRA miniature (no, I wasn\'t billed for it as it wasn\'t on the invoice). My only complaint is that S&H seemed really excessive, I paid less S&H on a similar sized order from Ground Zero in England! (got it faster too) Good luck, I hope your problem gets resolved soon.

No Such Agency: For a while, they had their own minis that they would give out if you spent over a certain amount. I really don\'t like mine but I kept it just because..

It\'s true about shipping, I once placed an order with them, then a few days later bought an anmie garage kit from Thailand... the package from thailand got here first despite customs and the fact it was cheaper... :rolleyes:

I\'ve had so many problems, I use other online stores.. I even went so far to order from Starplayer in France and my order was 100%!

While Newwave has the best selection, stock can be iffy and cutomer service needs to be worked on. There\'s my two cents.....

Well, all I can say is that I left my email: borg@newwave.org, and whoever emailed me, I have helped. If you have a real problem, email me and I will try to get it fixed. This is CMON, newwave is newwave. It is like goint to Walmart asking who else has a problem ordering from k-mart. If you have outstanding orders that need addressing, contact me, asking others if they have a problem does not help you get you minis. I certainly don\'t want to keep your money if I cannot deliver your products. There is a customer service forum at www.newwavegames.com for you to seek help too. let\'s keep CMON and Newwave seperate.

And as I have mentioned before, anybody with a NW problem, feel free to contact me and I will personally look into it for them.

I was one of the people who posted about this previously and I got a prompt repsonse from my email to Borg, and as far as I know my minis are on their way. Just wanted to throw in a postive note here!

Looks like shit stirring to me, pardon my French, especially since you only registered on the 1st of January, 2003, with a grand total of one post (this one). This isn\'t a NW feedback board.
