Well, all I can say is that I left my email: borg@newwave.org, and whoever emailed me, I have helped. If you have a real problem, email me and I will try to get it fixed. This is CMON, newwave is newwave. It is like goint to Walmart asking who else has a problem ordering from k-mart. If you have outstanding orders that need addressing, contact me, asking others if they have a problem does not help you get you minis. I certainly don\'t want to keep your money if I cannot deliver your products. There is a customer service forum at www.newwavegames.com for you to seek help too. let\'s keep CMON and Newwave seperate.
