The thing is we have winter with snow and mud and other nasty things 6 months of the year, so everyone wants to show off as much as possible the rest of the year. But I remember when I was in California...the CARS! I still prefer clean air though ;)

I\'ve lived on both coasts of the US now.
In Boston for instance they have snow, and the first nice day of spring you suddenly see all these classic cars on the roads. The owners have kept them garaged all winter to protect them (Of course you see lots of nice new cars too, as most people save them too and what you do see on the roads in winter is all rusted and falling apart).
The difference in California is you can keep your car outside year round.

One day I will get a job and save my money and restore the old \'55 Bel Air.
