\"Woo\" and indeed \"hoo\" - my Qbuster ticket and sexy Salute badge arrived today! :flip: Now all I have to do is save up a ton of money to spend, paint something half-decent for the comp, sort out the travel arrangemnts and prepare my best geek clothes for the day :duh:

Or booked hotel for the friday night.
When I do book hotel if anyone wants to meet up in the bar for a beer and chat let me know. I may have the wife with me but she loves to talk about minis. lol

Just in case nobody else is aware...

Docklands Light Railway is out that weekend for maintenance work. :(

There is not a lot of info on the website for these works at the moment as it is still a bit early but it is said that buses will run instead.

On the other hand the Jubilee Line will take you as far as the Canning Town stop (2 stops away) and it is about a 20 minute walk from there.

Oh... I have some minis I need to offload so if you bump in to me on the day, just ask.

Also a small light tent with some backdrops and 2 lights with spare bulbs.

Hi all.

Can we get a list of everyone who is attending this and arrange the meet up.

Also who is entering the painting comp and what categories and with what minis would be nice. :D:D

Make sure you bring along your fantastic collection squidders. Always brilliant to drool at.

My entry is slowly coming along.... been the hardest ever to paint I think. New baby at home has really held me up.

At the show, it\'s easy to give away the minis I don\'t want but does anyone want this light tent and lights? It\'s a freebe but if nobody wants it, I\'ll leave it at home.

So, if you\'re going to the show and want a little light tent, speak up ;)

I\'v got 3 comp entries. One for the open category, JMD Demon for the monster category and Virago for fantasy single.

Will also have the model Anders did and the Ork me and Nigel did, If I can fit it in I will also bring the one I got off Chris.

I\'m also considering doing a bit more work on a model I finished a while back, but only if I get the time.
