Patrick - Looking good so far but the spider lady does seem to have some rather huge breastages going on. Perhaps more of a handful than head size would be a little more elegant.

Eclypse – The Eldar is coming on nicely and has a very ethereal and mysterious look to it. Maybe a bit more definition of the armour on the arms through the robes is needed to give a little bit more solidarity to it though, but I quite like the current look too.

Everyone else - Cheers for the putty advice. I have just got some Super Sculpey delivered in super quick time from polymerclaypit and I\'ll have a go at it when I am fully prepared to sculpt some arms and bodies.

I’m getting myself into the sculpting groove with practice pieces at the moment. Here is the second head I have sculpted recently (the first was a bit Neanderthal looking because the nose was too wide so I ditched it!).

I seem to have made this one a little caricatured but I think I’m on the way. I may use it as a corpse bit on a base, hence the mangled eye. I’ll be trying another head tonight I think.

Oh, it is for a 90mm mini by the way.

Mick, those muscles are really excellent! I think the vein is still a wee bit big though. A few seconds of filing is all it needs. But man, Orion is looking awesome! I can\'t wait to see him painted, it will have to be pretty stunning to match up to the sculptwork. Keep it up

@squig hunter: i think the breasts are a little out of proportion to the rest of her. Could be the picture but you might want to consider removing them and finishing more of the upper musculature (shoulders etc) so you can get a feel for what size would suit.

that is, unless you like large breasts ;)

Here\'s some more of the Spider Queen. I am working on the legs and spider abdomen. More pics to come!

@Sonnyslayer - great work on the fur. I particularly like the wrapping around the haft of the weapon.

I originally posted this in the work in progress topic but i thought that here i would get more advice about the sculpting :)

Today i worked a bit more on the ogre, I finished the shield (it only needs some touching up when the clay is cured). I also, when playing around with some blue tac, came on the idea to make some Chinese like hairdo.
I think it looks pretty nice.

The back of the shield, still needs some touching up.

The hair

I still have a bit of a dilemma, should i put this shield on his other shoulder? A smaller one? Or nothing at all?
A pic with.(the arm is held by bluetac)

And without.

What do you think? Opinions please :).
