What is also goes to show is the mass disinformation about the situation of China in Tibet. Tibet used to be part of China, but when the KuoMingTan (or whatever speeling it is) came into power, many of the outer provinces left and became their own states. When the Communists took power, they retook the traditional territories, which included Tibet.
I am not pro-china (i am not anti-china either) but there is always more to the story than what the media reports.

Sadly Sharon Stone sounds like someone who was expressing in a very P*ss poor manner their dissatisfaction with a political regime by associating a natural disaster as \"payback\" for political abuses.

Oh I don\'t know, she thinks the Earthquake is Karma for the govt. in China, WBC thinks mineshaft collapses are gods retribution for a secular US govt.
I definately see the parallels there.

No problem, just with so many colleagues and friends who are honest about their sexuality, despite the intolerance they have encointered, I find that I really hate the Westboro bigots attitude.
It takes courage to \"Come out\" and for some I know it\'s cost them a great deal, One female colleague is now totally ostracised from her family because she dared to be honest and tell them she is Gay.

2) Ditto on the IQ thingie someone said. I score pretty darn high too and I tend to get diarrhea of the mouth. But then I\'m not spouting off my nutty ideas to the press.
3) Sadly since I don\'t really believe in Karma I don\'t really see any coming Stone\'s way.
4) I\'d rather one of my children \'come out\' then be a vegetarian, I just don\'t get not eating meat. Go figure, perhaps that makes me extra strange. (Diarrhea of the mouth again).

Reading the article is seems to me she was more concerned that people should know that she\'s a \"personal friend\" of the Dalai Lama, obviously without knowing how he views such tragedies.
