Hello John! still following you up, but I cannot comment as much as some months ago ;(
Hope your wrist is starting to cure up.... though it looks it hasn't affected your ability to paint at all...
Let's see how your base for this group develops! (I am already foretelling a step up for your basing in it ^^)

Another fantastic addition to the group, I think the one on the left of the magus in that 2nd pic could use some work :p

Yeah sicks I stopped on him as I particularly did not like the flow of the figure it just didn't have the same continuity like is was missing something...so I jumped right over to the mining laser. Seemed to fit the cultists better...the funny thing is when I bought the box set the primus model that we both don't like was the reason I bought the set:(.. Seeing it in person made the verdict easy.thanks for the feedback.

Pretty much what they said above...I really like that heavy pose on that mini and your deep shading on the flesh gives it even more weight. Are these the Deathwatch game minis? They make for a stunning group.

The skin tones are truly amazing. I am really trying to emulate that kind of smoothness but am only just starting to learn and practice blending and layering.

Amazing painting all around.

Thanks mdlbuildr the whole blending layering thing is a huge part of the many techniques we all try to master in miniature model painting. Just keep practicing by watching videos of every type such as glazing, 2 brush blending, layering etc. and from there practice practice practice and your hands and eye coordination will advance and will sooner or later be in your muscle memory. Keep going and any questions ill try to help.
