TThanks to diggs ,krule,ter ,and oist.oist I'm pushing myself to do things diff entry with some other components including slate mud and some other types of brass etching.it's really how many good bits of components you have around as your resources that lend to a good base.so thanks all for noticing guys....my golden guns.

That's a point, I often find that I run short on the right bits and this is what limits me most. I constantly collect more, though.

Yep. Though I'm new at this I've already amassed a collection of scrap bits and detritus. The two hardest bits are figuring out what to use and where, and making sure the missus doesn't throw it all away.

Here are more shots with the final highlights of all the base details on these models which will be posted for voting later on today. Their are seven and that's we're I'm stopping. I will take even more up to pat pics eliminating the downward slope of my fiances camera tripod creating that unevenness. Enjoy and stay tuned .

But I couldn't let you not know that I think these guys are absolutely sterling. They tie into a unit really well with the colours you've used and those bases are gorgeous. They're also really great individual pieces - I love that you've kept each of them with an individual "feel" within the squad.

Ah well, long saga short; In January life took me by the scruff of the neck, dragged me around for half a year and then kicked me in the nuts in August. But I crawled my way out of it again, a bit more caloused but not beaten down.

Anywhooo, amazing basing. I do think it's those little fences that give the bases that much more oomphs. It'a a great, flavoursome detail that you don't see that often.
