Beautiful face and beard. Also the "parchment" on the shoulder looks like an interesting colour! Great job again.

I think you can be a great teacher since you are already giving great advice on here ;)

Some of the lettering is a bit darker and more difficult to read. I assume it's a case of camera angle and light.

For Bartholomew - Portuguese seems to be spelt wrong, or is it part of his name?

Yes it's a name . He was a buccaneer who attacked ships and developed the Pirates code.and camera angles taken very early morning the good shots will go up closer to the crystal brush comp.;)cmon now you know me better than that about me spelling of correct nameplates is not even a discussion, how'd you even think Ide miss that if it were otherwise lol ...go to Andrea miniatures that's their spelling of this grimy SOB....and as for a pirates code......watch black sails....it's an amazing series.

It was more a case of checking that the printers hadn't made a mistake. I am a mild spelling and grammar nazi so will always point these things out. :) Just so you know for future reference.

These units look great, as do the Hell Dorado minis (I'm working on Gotz as well, and yours is a great reference photo for working on TMM). I love your bases; they've got a great battlefield/natural look to them.

BAM, I want to see you compete at the CB for like the next 10 years, every year adding 5 guys to your historical squad. Eventually ending up with a 75 man unit. Sure the limit is 10 figures, but they let you get away with it because you're crazy enough to paint that much.
