Im really tempted by the new warhammer quest box, I wish I could see more of the minis but the ones I have seen look really nice (although the barbarian would look better if he was posed like the box art) any tips for sneaking a £95 purchase without the family noticing? Lol

In in other news -last cmon annual 2013 I had 3 images on 3 pages .......now after getting my invitation for the cmon 2014 annual I had 51 minis requested to get compiled in the annual...I look today and I have 5 times the amount of pages I had in the previous..I'm so stoked to announce I have various images from my gallery spanning 15 pages . Il be getting a few copies...;) being published is a fantastic accolade..feels good knowing my work will be seen by many people in many countries.THAN YOU CMON!!!

They are out now in the cmon store....

sooner or or later artists go through something that makes their heart sink...I'm talking about damaging a miniature that is done or near done...so one of my minis has been destroyed...the abominations I've been working on I accidentally sprayed the model with black primer instead of varnish...there is no saving it.luckily I buy 2 of everything and can start another to complete the 4. Again it's discouraging,it hurts,it even makes one lose the drive but when your far enough along you realize hey....things aren't like they used to be ,it's not like years ago.iow it's not like I painted a model and can't do it again.so I'll do just that.dont let these things bother you as they are small and anything like this you need to move forward that's what human beings can do better than any other species ......we simply A D A P T !!!! :)

Congrats on getting so much stuff in the annual, I know the pain of accidentally destroying an almost finished mini but there's not much you can do about it so might as well dust yourself off and start again, knowing your work attempt #2 will be even better

:shock::shock::shock: Oh my. Oh well shitty things happen. As Sicks said you are the BAM and will knock the next one out even better. Just tell everyone he is your best mini ... He is just wearing a cloaking device. ;)

Also I will expect you to autograph my cmon annual at the next Adepticon!

The good thing about it is I never, ever, ever spray a model anymore without checking the bottle I'm holding in my hand at least 20-25 times...

I like your attitude towards the whole situation so I have no doubt you'll pop out another one of those brutes which will be even better than the one who met an unfortunate fate...

Oh man, that really is a classic one. While I feel really sorry for the work your mishap destroyed I do have to admit for a short moment I had to laugh. Well, I suppose there is never a good time to happen for things like this. But it is obvious, from time to time disaster has to strike. It's time to swear then, then laugh and go on.

Nah /jk, really nice and as expected, the replacement is going to be at least as awesome as the on that had an accident was!!

Sorry about the "sudden shadow" incident for that miniature... It must have been harder than usual to bring it up again with his colleagues... I am sure that if you didn't share it with us, we would'nt had notice the difference!

Now for the good news... It's great to know that your work is, yet another time, published on the cmon book... If I sometime decide to buy one I should ask all of the genius people here to sign it up for me, so I end up with a little of this forums magic onto my library. ^^

Really like the skintones on the latest figures, perhaps bring in a little bit warmer color into the highlight area to contrast even more on with the colder shadows. Great work so far and looking forward to your next update.
